Daniel and Nathaniel did a superb job with helping us fix a cracked Poly-B pipe. The pipe had cracked due to age and they were able to replace the section with a high quality L copper tube with specialized compression fittings. They spent 4.5 hours digging just to access the pipe and then spent another 2 hours 45 minutes just to back-fill all the dug-up soil. They were able to remove any large rocks that could cause anymore damage and did were very efficient with their work. The cost of this repair was very reasonable and affordable, much better than other plumbing companies around the area. I would highly recommend these two individuals at the company for their expertise, professionalism, efficiency and honesty! Thank you again for putting in all the hard work to get this repair done.

I was recommended Black Mountain Plumbing by one of their long time customers. I initially thought my faucets were broken, but Daniel walked me through all of my sinks/toilets/water lines and he taught me what might have caused the issue I was seeing and we itemized what needed to be fixed and what would need to be addressed later. Daniel was super helpful in teaching me about the aging-out fixtures, what to look for and all that, which I really appreciate. I would do business with them again!
[edit 11/27/22] - Came home to a nightmare - a leak in the wall. BMP came out for an emergency visit and Dayne quickly identified the cause and fixed the leak. Really thankful he was able to come out when he did, even when it was later in the evening.
